Who will be my photographer or videographer?

Our production team assigns the best available crew based on your location, style, and brief. Every professional is vetted and rated to ensure brand-safe and consistent results.

Who owns the photos and videos after delivery?

Once full payment is received, you receive complete usage rights for commercial, internal, and marketing purposes. By default, we may feature selected work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

Where are you available?

We operate in more than 150 business hubs across North America, Europe, MENA, and APAC, including major cities like New York, London, Dubai, Berlin, Paris, Toronto, Singapore, and Sydney.

What types of shoots do you cover?

We specialize in event photography, event videography, full-scale video production, and corporate headshots for businesses.

What is your refund and rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the shoot and are subject to crew availability. You can reschedule once at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

What is Shootday?

What if the photographer cannot make it last minute?

In the rare case of unavailability, we will assign a replacement with similar specialization and experience at no additional cost.

What if I need revisions?

You can request up to three rounds of revisions on edited content to match your brief. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If your event is postponed, we can apply your deposit to a future date, subject to availability.

What equipment do you use?

Our crews use professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment from top brands such as Canon, Sony, and DJI. The exact gear depends on the project and assigned crew.

What are your payment terms?

To confirm a booking, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining 80% is due after the shoot and before RAW delivery. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.

How soon will I receive my photos and videos?

RAW files are delivered within 24 business hours after final payment. Edited deliverables are shared within 48 business hours after receiving your editing instructions.

Do you provide studios or only on-location shoots?

We provide both. Shoots can take place on location, and studio setups can be arranged in most major cities upon request.

Do you offer ongoing editing or retainer options?

Yes. Many of our clients retain Shootday for ongoing production, editing, and content support across campaigns and regions.

Can you provide livestreaming or hybrid event coverage?

Yes. Livestreaming and hybrid setups can be arranged with advance notice.

Can you provide behind-the-scenes or social media content during the shoot?

Yes. Include this request in your brief, and we can assign additional crew or include quick-turnaround vertical content options.

Can you handle shoots in multiple cities or countries?

Yes. We specialize in multi-city and global coordination with one brief, one point of contact, and consistent quality across every location.

Can we earn revenue by partnering with you?

Can I review the materials before final payment?

Deliverables are released after the remaining balance is paid. You will be involved throughout the process to ensure everything aligns with your brief and expectations.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

You can reschedule once at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the shoot. If you modify or cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be retained as the crew time has already been committed.

Can I get an instant quote?

Yes. Complete a booking request to receive an instant quote. For complex or multi-city projects, our team may schedule a quick call to confirm details before sending your quote.

Are your prices fixed or customizable?

Our quotes are transparent and tailored based on the shoot type, duration, location, and deliverables. We can customize packages for multi-day or recurring needs and match competitive quotes when appropriate.

Are taxes included?

Yes, our prices include all applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges.

Are edits included in the quote?

Standard edits are included. Advanced work such as animation, detailed retouching, or additional versions can be added at an extra cost.
