The Challenge

Aramco’s expectations were high, with very specific requirements:

  • Capture VIP visits at the booth.
  • Document the main proponent/client throughout the exhibition.
  • Deliver wide booth shots (empty and active with people).
  • Highlight branded signage, booth technologies, and SME interactions.
  • Provide timelapse and exterior footage for context.
  • Ensure proper exposure of the Aramco logo at all times (with Photoshop adjustments if needed).
  • Deliver daily uploads of RAW photos via Google Drive, with ~100 edited selects across the event.
  • Maintain technical precision: steady footage, correct shutter speeds, and storytelling composition.

The challenge was balancing technical accuracy with narrative visual storytelling while operating on a daily delivery schedule.
