The Challenge

Global MGF’s goal was to create a high-energy highlight reel and interview series to showcase the value of Gamesforum Barcelona. The deliverables needed to serve as multi-channel marketing collateral across social media, websites, email campaigns, and future promotions.

Key objectives included:

  • Capturing the vibrant, collaborative atmosphere of the event.
  • Highlighting key content tracks: User Acquisition, Ad Monetization, Product Monetization, and Alternative Growth.
  • Emphasizing networking and community-building moments.
  • Showcasing Barcelona’s premium venue and sunny appeal.
  • Producing both a 1–2 minute highlight video and five short-form interviews with industry professionals.

The challenge was balancing dynamic, upbeat storytelling with professional event coverage while ensuring clear branding integration and fast-paced delivery.

Shootday designed a coverage strategy built around energy, atmosphere, and storytelling:

    • Edited with upbeat music, fast-paced cuts, smooth transitions, and a CTA:

  • Interviews (5x short videos)
    • Conducted interviews with industry leaders using guided prompts:
