The Challenge

Hithium needed comprehensive event coverage across three consecutive days at two locations, with very specific media requirements:

• Photography: group photo, booth displays, product shots, and coverage of the customer reception — without showing customer faces.
• Videography: B-roll footage of the booth, key highlights from the exhibition, and short interviews with team members.

The challenge was capturing a wide range of assets while respecting client restrictions and ensuring immediate photo delivery for same-day usage.

Shootday’s Approach

To meet Hithium’s needs, our team deployed both a photographer and videographer across the three days:

• Photography
  • Captured detailed booth photos, product shots, and group portraits.
  • Ensured discretion in customer reception photos by avoiding direct faces.
  • Provided on-site delivery straight from the SD card, enabling the client to use photos instantly.
• Videography
  • Captured booth atmosphere, B-roll of products and visitors, and highlight sequences.
  • Recorded short interviews for future marketing use.
  • Edited a polished 3-minute highlight video with a 1-day turnaround, delivered on October 25.

This approach allowed Hithium to maximize event visibility while meeting strict content and delivery timelines.
