The Challenge
The brief spanned two distinct sessions across consecutive days:
Exhibition Coverage (May 20, 8 AM–3 PM)
Document booth activity at the WGC 2025 exhibition.
Capture client-delegate interactions through photography and video.
Cocktail Event Coverage (May 21, 6 PM–11 PM)
Provide polished evening photography of the corporate cocktail event.
Capture venue setup, atmosphere, and guest engagement throughout the night.
The challenge was coordinating multi-day coverage across two different venues while ensuring timely delivery of diverse content types (photos + video).
