TBAPLC is a multinational company with a strong presence in the energy sector. As part of their participation in the WGC 2025 Gas Exhibition in Beijing, they required both corporate exhibition coverage and exclusive off-site event documentation to maximize visibility and brand storytelling.

The Challenge

The brief spanned two distinct sessions across consecutive days:

1. Exhibition Coverage (May 20, 8 AM–3 PM)
   • Document booth activity at the WGC 2025 exhibition.
   • Capture client-delegate interactions through photography and video.
2. Cocktail Event Coverage (May 21, 6 PM–11 PM)
   • Provide polished evening photography of the corporate cocktail event.
   • Capture venue setup, atmosphere, and guest engagement throughout the night.

The challenge was coordinating multi-day coverage across two different venues while ensuring timely delivery of diverse content types (photos + video).
