Who will be my photographer or videographer?
Our production team assigns the best available crew based on your location, style, and brief. Every professional is vetted and rated to ensure brand-safe and consistent results.
What types of shoots do you cover?
What is Shootday?
What are your payment terms?
To confirm a booking, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining 80% is due after the shoot and before RAW delivery. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.
How do you share deliverables?
All files are delivered through a secure cloud folder for easy access and sharing.
Do you provide studios or only on-location shoots?
We provide both. Shoots can take place on location, and studio setups can be arranged in most major cities upon request.
Can you handle shoots in multiple cities or countries?
Yes. We specialize in multi-city and global coordination with one brief, one point of contact, and consistent quality across every location.
Can I reschedule my shoot?
You can reschedule once at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the shoot. If you modify or cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be retained as the crew time has already been committed.
Can I get an instant quote?
Are edits included in the quote?
Standard edits are included. Advanced work such as animation, detailed retouching, or additional versions can be added at an extra cost.
