I was frantically looking for a photographer in Dublin to cover my proposal photoshoot. Since it was a special moment in my boyfriend and my life we only wanted the best. As we are just starting our lives together we were also mindful about the budget. After searching for the right photographers for 2 days, I stumbled upon Shootday. Once I lodged my query, Elie got in touch with me. Elie is the most professional customer service person that I have come across. He understood my requirements, and my budget constraints and curated a contract keeping everything in mind. As in the contract, our photographer, Dalibor got in touch with us promptly. It was so easy to coordinate with him. But he was even more delightful on the shoot day. He was so funny, and made us so comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I are rookies when it comes to posing but Dalibor guided us through every step and our photos have come out exceptionally well! Shootday’s TAT was unbelievable! In 3 days we had our final products and our video has come out so cute! I can’t wait to collaborate with Shoot day for other magical events in my life 🙂

I came across shootday on Google and I’m glad I decided to proceed with my photo shoot with them because they very helpful, nice, and attentive from the very beginning. Are the edits included in the amount I pay?
Yes, regular edits are included in the quote you receive. However, if you ask for advanced edits, it will be charged as an additional fee.
How do you choose & assess the photographers?
Out of thousands of photographers we meet, we onboard our partners based on the following criteria:
1. Specialization: Every photographer must be an expert in their category; this includes a great portfolio, the right equipment, and passing a test shoot.
2. Professionalism: Our customers are at the heart of every decision we make. Our promise is to only connect you with experts taking their job very seriously.
3. Rating system: From our current customers, we seek feedback after every session to ensure our service quality is only getting better.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
You can reschedule your shoot once, free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date.
Canceling or rescheduling your shoot within less than 48 hours will result in Shootday keeping your deposit since we have blocked and committed our Photographer’s time for your shoot which results in loss incurred by Shootday and our Photographers.
What are the payment terms?
We ask you to pay a 20% deposit to start preparing for your shoot day and block our photographer’s time.
The remaining 80% is payable after your shoot is completed.
What is the satisfaction guarantee?
Our promise is to match you with the most awesome photographers in the city.
In the rare case of a shoot delivered below the standards, we will offer you another session with a different photographer, free of charge.
