The Challenge

The pThe objective was to capture the client’s full sponsorship presence within a limited three-hour window while balancing photography and videography across several areas of the event.

Coverage needed to move between the main booth, the smaller Fidectus booth, and the hosted party while prioritizing genuine interactions rather than overly staged content. The final assets had to communicate that the brand was actively connecting with customers and participating in the wider tradeshow community.

Key objectives included:

Creating a balanced mix of wide, medium, and detailed content that represented the entire sponsorship activation.
