This two-day tradeshow event in London brought together industry professionals, customers, prospects, and company representatives for a program combining booth activations, product demonstrations, networking, and speaking engagements.
The client required extensive photography and videography coverage across both days, with particular emphasis on networking at the booth and key speaking sessions. From branded activations and product demonstrations to candid customer conversations, the goal was to create a comprehensive visual record of the brand’s presence at the event.

Location: London, UK
Shoot Dates: December 2–3, 2025
Coverage: 8.5 hours per day
Services: Tradeshow Photography & Videography
The objective was to capture the client’s full tradeshow presence across two busy event days, while producing content for both immediate and post-event marketing needs.
Coverage needed to balance several priorities: booth activity, networking, branded details, the interactive MindVault activation, product demonstrations, team photography, and two separate speaking engagements. Particular attention was required for customer and prospect interactions at the booth, ensuring the final content showed genuine engagement rather than simply documenting the exhibition space.
The project also required a fast delivery workflow, with selected photography needed during the event itself.
Key objectives included:
The final video also had to follow specific brand requirements, including the client’s black, red, and white colour palette, Gotham and Arial fonts, and exact logo treatment. Original audio from speaking sessions could not be included in the finished video.
SShootday planned the two-day coverage around brand presence, human interaction, speaking engagements, and rapid content delivery.
Placed additional emphasis on networking and speaking engagements during the edit.
Booth & Networking Coverage
Captured the complete booth environment, including signage, branding, setup, and design details.
Prioritized candid interactions between the team, customers, visitors, and prospects.
Used wide shots to establish the booth within the wider tradeshow while capturing closer perspectives of conversations, demonstrations, and relationship-building moments.
Documented branded details and SWAG to provide additional marketing assets beyond traditional event photography.
Activations & Product Demonstrations
Photographed and filmed the MindVault activation in action, focusing on participant reactions and engagement with the game.
Captured product demo screens and technology in use.
Documented Rob Nowacki conducting booth demonstrations, combining product-focused imagery with audience interactions.
Used a mixture of detail, medium, and environmental shots to show both the solutions and the people engaging with them.
Speaking Engagements
Covered Alex Viall’s presentation on Day 1 and Rob Mason’s session on Day 2.
Captured speakers on stage alongside audience and event atmosphere.
Prioritized strong visual moments that could be incorporated into the final event story.
Ensured that speaking-session footage could be used visually while respecting the requirement to remove or mute all original session audio in the final video.
Team & Brand Photography
Created group and leadership photography at the booth.
Captured detailed branding imagery, including signage, tote bags, Yeti mugs, and other branded elements.
Used wider crowd scenes to communicate the scale and activity of the event.
Video & Post-Production
Gathered dynamic footage of booth activity, networking, product demonstrations, speaking engagements, branding, and the wider event atmosphere.
Captured material suitable for a main highlight video and approximately 45-second social recap content.
Where appropriate, incorporated short attendee or staff sound bites to add authentic perspectives.
Followed the client’s visual identity using Gotham and Arial typography and a black, red, and white colour palette.
Maintained the client’s original logo without alteration.
A comprehensive collection of two-day tradeshow photography and videography capturing the client’s presence in London across booth activity, networking, activations, demonstrations, speaking engagements, and team moments.
To support real-time event communications, 20–30 highlighted photographs were prepared for same-day delivery following the relevant speaking engagements on December 2 and 3.
The final delivery included 100 edited photographs, highlight video content, raw photographs, and raw video footage, with the full package scheduled for delivery on December 4, immediately following the event.
The resulting content gave the client both fast-turnaround assets for timely event communications and a larger visual library for post-event marketing, while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines.
By focusing heavily on booth networking and speaking engagements, the coverage communicated not only that the brand was present at the tradeshow, but that its team was actively engaging, demonstrating, presenting, and building relationships throughout the event.
At Shootday, we help brands maximize the value of tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, and multi-day business events through coordinated photography and videography.
From same-day photography selections and speaker coverage to product demonstrations, networking content, and branded highlight videos, our teams can manage both fast-turnaround event content and comprehensive post-event deliverables. This gives brands the visual assets they need to communicate while an event is happening and continue the conversation long after it ends.
