What is the satisfaction guarantee?
Our promise is to match you with the most awesome photographers in the city.
In the rare case of a shoot delivered below the standards, we will offer you another session with a different photographer, free of charge.
What are the payment terms?
We ask you to pay a 20% deposit to start preparing for your shoot day and block our photographer's time.
The remaining 80% is payable after your shoot is completed.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
You can reschedule your shoot once, free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date.
Canceling or rescheduling your shoot within less than 48 hours will result in Shootday keeping your deposit since we have blocked and committed our Photographer's time for your shoot which results in loss incurred by Shootday and our Photographers.
How do you choose & assess the photographers?
Out of thousands of photographers we meet, we onboard our partners based on the following criteria:
1. Specialization: Every photographer must be an expert in their category; this includes a great portfolio, the right equipment, and passing a test shoot.
2. Professionalism: Our customers are at the heart of every decision we make. Our promise is to only connect you with experts taking their job very seriously.
3. Rating system: From our current customers, we seek feedback after every session to ensure our service quality is only getting better.
Are the edits included in the amount I pay?
Yes, regular edits are included in the quote you receive. However, if you ask for advanced edits, it will be charged as an additional fee.
