A cybersecurity company hosted a two-day executive event in Miami, bringing together business leaders, executives, and guests for a program combining corporate presentations, networking, exclusive hospitality experiences, and motorsport entertainment.
The event took place across four distinct locations in Miami, each offering a different atmosphere and requiring a tailored photography and videography approach. From a formal executive lunch and presentation at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach to an evening yacht cruise, a motorsport experience at the Miami E-Prix, and a closing reception at Nikki Beach, the event was designed to create memorable experiences beyond the traditional conference setting.
To document the full experience, Shootday coordinated photography and videography crews across all four locations, ensuring consistent visual storytelling while adapting to the different environments, schedules, and production requirements.
The assignment demonstrated Shootday’s ability to manage complex, multi-venue corporate event coverage, combining professional business photography, executive event videography, lifestyle content, and dynamic experiential footage within one coordinated production.
Client: Cybersecurity Company
Event Type: Executive Event
Location: Miami, Florida, USA
Shoot Dates: April 11–12, 2025
Venues: The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, Charter One Yachts at Silverflake Marina, Homestead Miami Speedway, and Nikki Beach
Services: Corporate Event Photography & Videography
Production: Multi-crew coverage across 4 locations over 2 days
The objective was to capture a complete visual story of the executive experience across four different Miami venues, while maintaining consistent photography and videography quality throughout the two-day program.
Unlike a traditional corporate event held in a single conference venue, this assignment involved multiple environments with significantly different lighting conditions, schedules, and creative requirements.
The formal presentations at The Ritz-Carlton required professional speaker coverage, while the dinner cruise demanded atmospheric photography, candid networking moments, and clear audio recording of the welcome speech. The following day introduced a high-energy motorsport environment at the Miami E-Prix, followed by an evening reception at Nikki Beach.
Key objectives included:
The central challenge was managing a production that moved between four very different venues, ensuring each part of the experience received appropriate coverage without losing the consistency of the overall event story.
Shootday organized the assignment around venue-specific production planning, coordinated crew allocation, and consistent visual storytelling.
Each location required a different approach to photography and videography, with crews adapting their coverage to the environment while maintaining the same professional standards.
April 11 | 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM | 2 Crew Members
The event began at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, where executives gathered for lunch before moving into a formal presentation program in the hotel’s main ballroom.
The Ritz-Carlton coverage established the professional foundation of the event, highlighting its business-focused discussions and executive networking.
April 11 | 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM | 2 Crew Members
Following the daytime presentations, the event transitioned to a private dinner cruise departing from Silverflake Marina aboard Charter One Yachts.
With approximately 60–80 guests expected, the evening provided a more relaxed setting for networking and relationship-building.
The yacht setting required a shift from formal conference coverage to more atmospheric, experience-driven storytelling, while maintaining professional production standards.
April 12 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 1 Hybrid Crew Member
The following day introduced a completely different environment, with guests attending a motorsport experience associated with the Miami E-Prix at Homestead Miami Speedway.
Shootday assigned one videographer capable of capturing both photography and video, providing flexible coverage throughout the seven-hour experience.
The motorsport coverage added a high-energy, experiential dimension to the overall production, contrasting with the previous day’s corporate presentations and networking activities.
April 12 | 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 2 Crew Members
The two-day program concluded with an evening dinner reception at Nikki Beach Miami.
The closing event required photography and videography that captured the atmosphere of the final gathering while emphasizing the connections and experiences shared throughout the program.
The closing reception provided the final chapter of the experience, completing a visual narrative that moved from corporate presentations to exclusive hospitality, motorsport entertainment, and executive networking.
A defining element of Shootday’s approach was the ability to coordinate photography and videography across four venues with different crew requirements and production priorities.
A comprehensive multi-location photography and videography production designed to document the complete two-day executive event across four Miami venues.
The coverage brought together several distinct content categories:
By coordinating production across four locations, Shootday provided a unified approach to capturing an event that would otherwise require managing several separate photography and videography assignments.
The multi-venue production structure offered several important advantages:
Most importantly, the assignment demonstrated Shootday’s ability to manage complex corporate productions across multiple venues, ensuring that each location receives dedicated attention while remaining part of a consistent overall event story.
